We are known for our fresh meat and seafood, quality locally produced dairy including amazing cheese, coffee and tea grown across our rolling green hinterland, sugar, delicious fruits and vegetables, macadamia and pecan nuts and so much more.
The Northern Rivers has an emerging award-winning craft brewery and distillery scene, and is home to some of Australia’s best chefs and restaurants, showcasing our wonderful local produce.

We have a wealth of great local farmers’ markets – as well as local food tours, workshops, hands-on food experiences – from paddock to plate and seed to flower!
